In this paper, differential pulse polarography (DPP) has been used to simultaneously determine some trace metal ions in ore. Ammonium tartrate (0.1 mol·L -1) was used as the supporting electrolyte: 0.01% gelatin as a maximal inhibitor. The sample produced eight very polarographic peaks. The first signal in the polarogram E_p = 0.08V (relative to SCE) may be caused by Ag ~ + or Au ~ (3+).
