目的:探讨彩超诊断动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度与冠心病的关系。方法:采用回顾性病例对照研究方式,以我院心内科拟诊“冠心病”入院患者作为研究对象,以冠状动脉造影检测结果分为病例组、对照组,与颈部血管彩超结果比较;根据血管闭塞情况将病例组分为单支病变组、多支病变组,比较两组彩超结果。结果:(1)病例组颈动脉IMT值(1.37±0.28)mm,斑块形成率67.84%,均显著高于对照组(0.77±0.13)mm、12.33%(P<0.05);(2)病例组中单支病变组的IMT值、硬化斑块评分均显著
