JDX-1500型顶驱式全液压岩芯钻机液压系统主要由给进回路、回转回路、升降回路、起塔回路、夹持回路和调平回路等组成。利用恒压式变量泵系统与负载敏感技术使给进机构和回转机构液压系统更符合钻探工艺的要求,并且具有显著的节能效果。钻机可操作性好,液压系统安全性高,有良好的启动特性。试验表明液压系统设计合理、运行可靠。
JDX-1500 top-drive full hydraulic core drilling rig hydraulic system mainly by the feed circuit, rotary circuit, lifting circuit, starting tower circuit, clamping circuit and leveling circuit and other components. The use of constant pressure variable displacement pump system and load-sensitive technology make the feed system and the slewing mechanism hydraulic system more in line with the drilling process requirements, and have significant energy saving effect. Rig operability, hydraulic system, high safety, good start features. The test shows that the hydraulic system is reasonable in design and reliable in operation.
