本实验研究了TFH对培养乳鼠心肌细胞的跨膜电活动及搏动的影响。结果表明:TFH可使细胞搏动频率显著降低,搏动幅度下降,细胞动作电位复极50%和90%的时程(APD_(50)APD_(90))缩短,4相去极化斜率下降,其它参数未见显著变化。此外还观察到TFH可使异常自发搏动节律转为有规律的搏动。提示TFH对培养心肌细胞的作用机制可能与抑制Ca~(2+)跨膜转运和促K~+外流有关。
This study investigated the effects of TFH on the transmembrane electrical activity and pulsatility of cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes. The results showed that: TFH can significantly reduce the beat frequency of cells, beat amplitude, cell action potential repolarization 50% and 90% of the time course (APD_(50)APD_(90)) shortened, 4 phase depolarization slope decreased, other parameters No significant change was seen. In addition, it was observed that TFH could turn abnormal spontaneous beat rhythms into regular beats. It suggests that the mechanism of TFH on cultured cardiomyocytes may be related to inhibition of Ca~(2+) transmembrane transport and promotion of K~+ efflux.
