本文从管理科学研究中管理哲学的形成为出发点,阐明了管理哲学的形成是管理科学发展的一种必然结果,是管理科学发展的必经之路。本文首先从管理哲学的成因开始,透彻地阐释了管理哲学的内涵。其次,分析了管理哲学在管理科学研究中理论和实践的双重重要性,由此提出了管理哲学研究的必要性。最后,本文结合前面的分析和自己对管理这门学科的专业知识掌握,提出了对管理哲学今后发展的一种演变趋势的预测。
Starting from the formation of management philosophy in management science research, this article clarifies that the formation of management philosophy is an inevitable result of management science development and the only way to manage the development of science. This article starts with the cause of management philosophy and thoroughly explains the connotation of management philosophy. Secondly, this paper analyzes the dual importance of management philosophy in the theory and practice of management science research, and puts forward the necessity of the study of management philosophy. Finally, combining with the previous analysis and my own mastery of the professional knowledge of management discipline, this paper puts forward a forecast of the evolution of management philosophy in the future.
