以薄膜氧电机测定了Iq7611对P388瘤细胞耗氧的影响在药物浓度为100μg/ml时,可明显抑制瘤细胞的呼吸,从而使氧耗量减少起到放射增敏作用。
The effect of Iq7611 on the oxygen consumption of P388 tumor cells was measured by a thin-film oxygen motor. When the drug concentration was 100 μg/ml, the respiration of the tumor cells was significantly inhibited, so that the reduction of oxygen consumption was used as a radiosensitizing effect.
