投资与合作 BP和Rosneft将成立合资公司 共同开发萨哈林项目 BP和俄罗斯Rosneft将成立一家合资公司,共同对俄罗斯远东萨哈林5号项目的Kaigansk-Vasyugansk区域进行勘探和开发。去年两家公司还签署了联合开发萨哈林4号项目的协议。BP和Rosneft在两个项目中拥有的股权分别都是49％和51％。BP的这一举动进一步提高了它在萨哈林地区的投资地位,但相对于其竞争对手来说仍显不足。萨哈林4项目Astrakhanovsky和Shmidtovsky区块估计储量为1.2亿吨石油和5400亿立方米天然气。萨哈林5项目初步估计储量为6亿吨石油和6000亿立方英尺天然气。这两个项目的开发均需要数十亿美元的投资。
Investment and cooperation BP and Rosneft to form joint venture to jointly develop Sakhalin project BP and Russia’s Rosneft will set up a joint venture to jointly explore and develop the Kaigansk-Vasyugansk region of Sakhalin-5 in the Russian Far East. Last year the two companies also signed an agreement to jointly develop the Sakhalin-4 project. BP and Rosneft own 49% and 51% equity respectively in both projects. BP’s move to further enhance its investment position in the Sakhalin region, but relative to its competitors is still not enough. The estimated reserves of the Sakhalin-4 Astrakhanovsky and Shmidtovsky blocks are 120 million tons of oil and 540 billion cubic meters of natural gas. Sakhalin 5 project initially estimated reserves of 600 million tons of oil and 600 billion cubic feet of natural gas. Both projects require billions of dollars in investment.
