1997年9月15日至9月18日,“四川石油管理局定向井工作会议”在四川广汉钻采院召开。这次会议由局钻井处主办,川东等五大矿区和钻采院及局钻井处、勘探处、开发处、科技处、财务处、计划处、工程公司等处室参加,并邀请了大港石油机械厂(中成公司)、北京石油机械厂代表与会,会议由李鹭光、石仲华主持,曾时田总工程师到会并作了重要讲话。会议总结了“七·五”以来,全局定向井方面取得的技术成绩: ①丛式井钻井技术。在川中油田钻成了一直四斜的磨111丛式井组和一直二斜的文1丛式井组。②中、长半径水平井钻井技术。在川南钻成了四川第一口长半径水平井——丹21水平井,在川中与美国贝克休斯合作钻成了四川局第一口中半径水平井——金54W-1井,自行设计、独立施工完成了莲池50中半径水平
September 15, 1997 to September 18, “Sichuan Petroleum Administration Directional Well Work Conference” was held in Guanghan Drilling Institute. The meeting was hosted by the Bureau Drilling Office, the five major mining areas including Chuan Dong and the Drilling Office, Exploration Office, Development Office, Science and Technology Department, Finance Office, Planning Office and Engineering Company of the Bureau of Petroleum Exploration and Production and invited Dagang Petroleum Machinery Factory (Zhongcheng Company) and Beijing Petroleum Machinery Factory attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Li Lu Guang and Shi Zhonghua. Chief Engineer Zeng Shitian attended and made an important speech. The meeting summed up the “five-year” since the global directional well-made technical achievements: ① cluster well drilling technology. Drilling in the Sichuan Basin Oilfield has been a quadruple grinding 111 Cong Jing well group and has been two oblique Wen 1 Cong Jing group. ② medium and long radius horizontal well drilling technology. Drilling into the southern Sichuan’s first long-radius horizontal well - Dan 21 horizontal well in southern Sichuan, drilling in the Sichuan Bureau with the United States Baker Hughes drilling in the Sichuan Bureau of the first horizontal mid-horizontal well - gold 54W-1 well, designed , Independent construction completed a radius of 50 in the lotus pond level
