目的:了解宁波市鄞州区儿童与成人预防接种门诊人力资源现状,为优化配置两类接种门诊人力资源提供参考依据。方法:统一设计调查表,收集儿童和成人预防接种门诊人力资源数据,采用构成比等指标进行描述性统计分析。结果:2014年鄞州区49家预防接种门诊,预防接种人员297人,其中儿童预防接种门诊155人,成人预防接种门诊142人;儿童和成人预防接种门诊的平均接种人员数、每万服务人口配置接种人员数、全年人均服务针次数依次为6.46人和5.68人,7.33人、0.98人、4 092.55针次和226.83针次;儿童和成人预防接种门诊接种人员构成均具有以下特征:以女性居多,年龄集中在20~39岁之间,学历以本科为主,职称以初级居多,绝大多数工作者工作年限≥3年;儿童预防接种门诊接种人员专业以公共卫生为主,占55.19%,成人预防接种门诊接种人员以护理专业为主,占83.69%。结论:鄞州区儿童和成人预防接种门诊人力资源已具有一定规模,但也存在如高职称人才稀缺、缺少临床专业人员等制约预防接种服务发展的问题。
Objective: To understand the status quo of human resources in pediatric and adult vaccination clinics in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City, and to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of two types of human resources in vaccination clinics. Methods: A unified questionnaire was designed to collect data on outpatient human resources in pediatric and adult immunization clinics, and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out using such indicators as composition ratio. Results: In 2014, there were 49 outpatient vaccinations and vaccinations of 297 people in vaccination in Yinzhou District, of which 155 were outpatient clinics for children and 142 were for adult vaccination clinics. Conclusion: The human resources of children and adults in outpatient clinics in Yinzhou District have reached a certain scale, but there are also some problems such as the scarcity of talents with high professional titles and the lack of clinical professionals to restrict the development of vaccination services.
