分析了API圆螺纹油套管发生粘扣的基本过程及机理。利用I-DEAS和MARC软件计算了拧接过程螺纹齿面的接触应力,定量分析了管体(公螺纹)和管接箍(母螺纹)的锥度变化对齿面接触应力的影响。认为产生粘扣的主要原因是螺纹齿面局部过量的塑性变形,通过变锥度的方式能使接触应力分布规律得到改善,并在现场生产中得到验证。
The basic process and mechanism of sticking clasp of API round thread oil casing were analyzed. I-DEAS and MARC software were used to calculate the contact stress of the thread flanks in the screwing process. The influence of the taper of the pipe body (male thread) and the pipe coupling (female thread) on the contact stress was quantitatively analyzed. It is considered that the main reason of producing the hook-and-loop fastener is the excessive plastic deformation of the thread flank surface. By changing the taper, the contact stress distribution can be improved and verified in the field production.
