利用埃尔利希(Ehrlich)反应分析剩余IAA的方法研究了ABA、GA_3、渗透势和压力势对苹果砧木叶片中IAA氧化酶活性的影响,试验表明,GA_3可显著抑制IAA氧化酶活性,而ABA可显著提高IAA氧化酶活性,渗透势和压力势对IAA氧化酶的活性也有一定的调控作用,只有渗透势和压力势在最适时IAA氧化酶活性才最低,当渗透势和压力势过高或过低时,都会提高IAA氧化酶活性。
The effects of ABA, GA_3, osmotic potential and pressure potential on IAA oxidase activity in leaves of apple rootstocks were studied by means of Ehrlich reaction. The results showed that GA_3 could significantly inhibit IAA oxidase activity, ABA could significantly increase the activity of IAA oxidase. The osmotic potential and pressure potential also had some effects on the activity of IAA oxidase. IAA oxidase activity was the lowest when the osmotic potential and pressure potential were the most suitable. When the osmotic pressure and pressure potential were too high Or too low, will increase IAA oxidase activity.
