本文简单回顾了以往研究中战略性人力资源管理作用机制模型,认为以往的理论模型还存在很多的不足,无法确切地揭示战略性人力资源管理对于组织绩效的贡献。人力资源计分卡被认为是测量人力资源管理的有效工具,本文吸收了人力资源计分卡的思想构建了一个战略性人力资源作用机制的新框架。
This paper simply reviews the model of the mechanism of strategic human resource management in previous studies. It considers that there are still many deficiencies in the previous theoretical models and can not reveal the contribution of strategic human resource management to organizational performance. Human resource scorecard is considered as an effective tool to measure human resource management. This paper absorbs the idea of human resource scorecard to construct a new framework of strategic human resource mechanism.
