例1 故障现象:开机半小时后自动关机,此时用遥控器可重新开机,但数分钟后又自动停机。故障时,开关变压器发出“吱吱”声。 分析检修:首先测量电源输出电压,发现+24V和+115V电压稍低,说明电源负载过重,断开115V通向行输出电路的电感L826,另接入假负载,再开机测24V和115V电压,恢复正常。这说明电源电路和24V负载电路正常,故障在115V的主负载行输出电路。断开行输出变压器②脚电阻R444,串进电流表测行输出电流,基本正常。进一步检查发现,行输出电路115V滤波电容C446顶部鼓包,手摸感觉很烫,取下测量,其容量变小且漏电。更换30μF/200V电解电容后,故障排除。

Further examination revealed that the line output circuit 115V filter capacitor C446 top drum, hand touch feeling very hot, remove the measurement, its capacity becomes smaller and leakage. Replacement 30μF / 200V electrolytic capacitor, troubleshooting.
