散发性病毒性脑炎是一种非流行性的中枢神经系统病毒感染性疾病。其病因在国外以单纯疱疹病毒为多见。作者将我院自1970年至1980年收治的散发性病毒性脑炎患者71例作一临床资料分析与讨论; 一、一般资料:年龄自1岁至49岁,以1~20岁为最多(70％),发病年月:全年均有,以9、10两月最多,5、6月次之。二、临床表现:有前驱症状者64例(90％)。前发症状以发热头痛最多,其次是癫痫发作及四肢无力。主要症状及体征:发热54例,意识障碍41例,抽搐发作36例,精神异常19
