为掌握高温塑性变形过程中材料内部缺陷的修复机制,采用物理模拟方法研究了孔隙性缺陷自修复规律.实验发现孔隙性缺陷自修复过程类似人体皮肤和骨折的愈合过程.借鉴人体组织损伤愈合规律,采用拟生方法研究了孔隙性缺陷自修复过程,提出了孔隙性缺陷自修复再结晶机理.拟生方法研究裂纹修复现象及规律,为揭示裂纹自修复机理提供了崭新的途径.
In order to understand the mechanism of repairing the internal defects of materials during high temperature plastic deformation, the physical simulation method was used to study the self-healing rules of the porosity defects.The experiment found that the self-healing process of the porous defects is similar to the healing process of the human skin and the fracture. , The spontaneous repairing process of the porosity defects was studied by using the method of born-in-place, and the mechanism of self-repairing and recrystallization of the porosity defects was put forward.The study of the phenomena and regularities of the crack repairing provided a new way to reveal the self-repairing mechanism of cracks.
