超薄壳磁型法是在熔模和壳型精密铸造基础上,吸收了气化模磁型法的特点,提出的一种物理成型法.该法用厚度仅2毫米左右的薄壳型代替聚苯乙烯泡沫模置干,磁场中进行浇注.已成功地浇注了大型钨纲麻花钻,铸件表面光洁度可达△_6—△_6,尺寸精度可达熔模精铸件的二级精度.相当于GBl59—59七级,相当于水玻璃熔模铸件的上限,而优于壳型铸件.文中阐明了超薄壳磁型法的生产工艺过程及其工艺参数的控制,铸件的质量分析和与熔模、壳型、气化模磁型法的技术经济指标的对比情况.
