目的探究血脂对糖尿病肾病患者尿微量蛋白定量的影响。方法根据纳入和排除标准选择2010年9月~2012年9月新疆医科大学第五附属医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者173例，排除不符合标准的共150例，血脂正常组50例，其中男27例，女23例；高脂血症非干预组，其中男22例，女28例；高血脂症干预组，其中男30例，女20例。对其血脂及尿微量蛋白进行收集测定分析其相关性。结果①血脂正常组与高脂血症干预、非干预组之间血脂及尿微量蛋白存在差异；②尿微量蛋白单因素组间两两比较，高脂血症非干预组与高脂血症干预组之间Malb的差异是非常显著的；③Malb与TC、TG、LDL两两个变量简单相关分析及偏相关分析得出，排除干预因素，血脂与尿微量蛋白之间存在正相关。“,”Objective To explore the blood lipid in patients with diabetic nephropathy urine micro protein quantitative influence.Methods According to include and exclude the standard choice between September 2010 and September 2010 fifth, xinjiang medical university NO.5 af iliated hospital treated 173 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, ruled out does not conform to the standards of a total of 150 cases, blood lipids group of 50, the male 27 cases, 23 cases of female;Hyperlipidemia the intervention group, the male 22 cases, 28 cases female;The intervention group, hyperglycemia of 30 cases of male, female 20 cases.The determination of blood lipid and trace protein urine col ection to analyze its relevance.Results ①Blood lipids hyperlipidemia intervention, the intervention group and normal group between blood lipids and the dif erences between the urine micro protein. ②The urine micro protein single factor two comparison between groups, hyperlipidemia intervention group and hyperlipidemia Malb dif erences between intervention group is very significant. ③Malb with TC, TG, LDL two two variables, simple cor elation analysis and partial cor elation analysis, eliminate interference factors, blood lipid and the positive cor elation between the urine micro protein.
