中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所中科院强激光材料重点实验室超低反射电磁屏蔽窗口的研制工作取得新进展,完成供样检测,并实现小批量量产能力。制备的窗口元件可见区平均透过率大于90%,明视觉反射率低于0.4%,面电阻低于10欧姆,理论电磁屏蔽能力优于24d B经用户确认,性能指标处于国内领先,达到国际先进水平。在航天航空等高端显示应用领域,光学、电磁环境极其恶劣,对显示器的性能要求苛刻。
The Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics CAS Key Laboratory of strong laser materials ultra-low reflection electromagnetic shielding window made new progress, to complete the sample for testing, and small batch production capacity. The average transmittance in the visible region of the prepared window element is more than 90%, the apparent reflectivity is less than 0.4%, the surface resistance is less than 10 ohm, the theoretical electromagnetic shielding ability is better than 24d B, the user confirms, the performance index is in the leading position in China, Advanced level. In aerospace and other high-end display applications, optical, electromagnetic environment is extremely poor, demanding performance of the display.
