分析不同产地及不同部位黑龙骨中杠柳毒苷质量分数分布规律,为黑龙骨药材的合理利用提供理论依据.用高效液相色谱法对采自不同产地的28份黑龙骨样品进行杠柳毒苷质量分数测定.结果表明,不同产地黑龙骨茎部杠柳毒苷总质量分数由多到少为云南野生材料,贵州野生材料,重庆野生材料,四川野生材料.同一产地根木质部杠柳毒苷质量分数最高(0.31~2.24mg/g);根韧皮部、茎韧皮部、茎木质部质量分数次之(0.25~1.41mg/g,0.09~1.23mg/g,0.05~0.34mg/g);叶部杠柳毒苷质量分数最低(0.04~0.21mg/g).因此,还可以考虑使用茎韧皮部、茎木质部和根韧皮部入药,扩大药用资源.
