目的 :观察异体角膜体外对人外周血T细胞及其亚群CD2 5分子表达的影响。方法 :异体角膜与外周血淋巴细胞体外共同培养后 ,进行单克隆抗体标记和流式细胞分析。结果 :对照组T细胞CD2 5表达为 2 5. 2 % ;受角膜或沸波醇酯 (PDB)激活后T细胞CD2 5表达分别为 5 6 . 8%和 80 . 9% ;受角膜和沸波醇酯共同激活后T细胞CD2 5表达为 70 . 2 % ;受异体角膜激活后 ,CD4和CD8T淋巴细胞CD2 5表达分别为 6 7 .3%和 5 2 . 3%。结论 :异体角膜组织体外能够刺激人外周T细胞CD2 5表达和T细胞活化 ,CD4T细胞比CD8T细胞活化更明显。
Objective: To observe the effect of corneal allogeneic on the expression of CD25 on T cells and their subpopulations in human peripheral blood. Methods: Allogeneic cornea and peripheral blood lymphocytes co-cultured in vitro, the monoclonal antibody labeling and flow cytometry. Results: The CD2 5 expression of T cells in control group was 25.2%. The expression of CD2 5 in T cells activated by cornea or phorbol ester (PDB) was 56.8% and 80.9%, respectively. Wollastonin activation of T cells after CD2 5 expression was 70.2%; by the activation of allogeneic CD CD4 CD8 T cells and CD2 5 expression was 67.3% and 52.3%. CONCLUSION: Allogeneic corneal tissue can stimulate CD25 expression and T cell activation of peripheral T cells in vitro, and CD4 T cells activate more than CD8 T cells.
