目的探讨一种适合产业化分离纯化茶多酚中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的工艺。方法以葡聚糖凝胶为填料,研究中压柱层析分离EGCG的效果。结果茶多酚经脱色、过柱、冻干后得白色粉末状固体物,经高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测EGCG的纯度达90%以上。结论本工艺经中试验放大验证适合产业化生产。
OBJECTIVE: To study a process suitable for the industrial separation and purification of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in tea polyphenols. Methods Dextran gel was used as packing material to study the effect of medium pressure column chromatography on the separation of EGCG. Results The tea polyphenol was decolorized, passed through the column and lyophilized to give a white powdery solid. The purity of EGCG was over 90% detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Conclusion This process is verified by the test amplification for industrial production.
