目的 :应用放射学方法评估带血管骨膜 (VP)与同种脱钙骨基质 (DBM)联合移植对节段性骨缺损的修复效果。方法 :以兔 2 5 mm的桡骨骨缺损模型 ,分别采用 VP+DBM联合移植 (A组 )、自体骨移植 (B组 )、单纯 VP移植 (C组 )和单纯 DBM移植 (D组 )进行修复 ,术后行连续 X线摄片 ,对 X线平片按 L ane标准进行骨缺损修复评分。结果 :A组、B组的 L ane评分与 C组、D组在各时期均有显著差异。 A组与 B组在术后 2、4周也有显著差异 ,但 8、12、16周均无显著差异。结论 :VP+DBM联合移植对节段性骨缺损的修复效果要明显优于单纯 VP移植或单纯 DBM移植 ,在移植早期还优于自体骨移植 ,晚期则两者效果基本一致。VP+DBM联合移植后两者之间建立了相互协同 ,相互促进的关系。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of repairing segmental bone defect by radiographic method combined with vascular periosteum (VP) and allogeneic decalcified bone matrix (DBM) transplantation. Methods: Rabbits with a radius of 25 mm were treated with VP + DBM combined transplantation (group A), autologous bone graft (group B), simple VP transplantation (group C) and simple DBM transplantation (group D) , After the line of continuous radiography, X-ray plain film according to L ane standard bone defect repair score. Results: The L ane scores of group A and group B were significantly different from that of group C and group D at each time. Group A and group B had significant difference at 2 and 4 weeks after operation, but there was no significant difference at 8, 12 and 16 weeks. CONCLUSION: VP + DBM combined transplantation is superior to simple VP transplantation or pure DBM transplantation in repairing segmental bone defects. It is also better than autogenous bone graft in the early stage of transplantation, and the effect is similar in the late stage. VP + DBM combined transplantation between the two established a synergistic and mutually reinforcing relationship.
