本文报道通过连续检测冬小麦从萌动到拔节抽穗期间内源玉米赤霉烯酮含量变化时首次发现在光周期阶段亦出现玉米赤霉烯酮含量高峰,并直接影响以后的拔节抽穗。1 材料与方法1.1 春化处理用乙酸乙酯漂洗冬小麦(品种燕大1817)[Triticum aestivum L.cv.YanDa 1817]干种子以除去表面污染物,蒸馏水洗净后,浸泡于 HgCl_2液中消毒2min,无菌水洗净。种子分别在无菌水(pH5.8)和10ppm 马拉硫磷水溶液(pH5.8)中吸涨过夜。吸涨
