研究目的:通过对同一地铁车站2种空调通风系统形式的比较和分析,了解开闭式系统和屏蔽门系统的主要差别和各自的特点。针对空调通风系统专业而言,在工程造价及土建影响方面,明确屏蔽门系统较之开闭式系统的优势。研究方法:采用对比的方法对开闭式系统和屏蔽门系统在系统构成、计算结果、空调通风机房及设备布置方面进行比较,并且就这两种空调通风系统在运行费用、土建造价和环控设备初投资等方面进行技术经济比较和分析。研究结果:由比较结果得出,在设备运行费用上,屏蔽门系统要低于开闭式系统;在初投资上,包括环控系统设备初投资和影响土建造价的投资,屏蔽门系统比开闭式系统节省投资100多万元。研究结论:仅对于空调通风系统而言,在天津地区,无论在初投资还是在运行费用上,屏蔽门系统都比开闭式系统具有一定的优势。进一步证实,天津地铁2号线初步设计空调通风系统由开闭式系统到屏蔽门系统的转变,是可行的。
Research purposes: Through the comparison and analysis of two kinds of air conditioning and ventilation systems in the same metro station, understand the main differences and their respective characteristics of the open-and-close system and the screen door system. For the professional air conditioning and ventilation systems, engineering costs and civil effects, clear the door system than the advantages of open-closed system. Research methods: Comparing the open system and screen door system in the aspects of system structure, calculation results, air-conditioner ventilator room and equipment layout, and comparing the two kinds of air-conditioning and ventilation systems in operation cost, Equipment investment and other aspects of technical and economic comparison and analysis. The results show that the screen door system is lower than the opening and closing system in terms of equipment operation costs. In the initial investment, including initial investment of environmental control system equipment and investment in construction cost, Closed system saves investment more than 100 million. Research conclusions: Only for air conditioning and ventilation systems, in Tianjin area, the screen door system has certain advantages over the opening and closing system in terms of initial investment and operating costs. Further confirmed that the initial design of Tianjin Metro Line 2 air-conditioning ventilation system from the open system to the screen-door system changes, it is feasible.
