目的:为探讨全胃肠外营养(TPN)大鼠各脏器组织谷氨酰胺(Gln)的代谢变化.方法:采用全胃肠外营养大鼠模型和高效液相色谱技术测定大鼠血浆及各组织中Gln浓度.结果:TPN7d后大鼠血浆、肌肉、肝脏、肺脏Gln含量已明显减少(P<0.05或P<0.01);TPN14d后血浆及各组织Gln均明显下降(P<0.01).TPN溶液中附加2%Gln各组织Gln含量均能保持在正常水平.结论:长期TPN后大鼠各脏器Gln含量均明显下降,增加外源性Gln能有效维持机体Gln的正常代谢
Objective: To investigate the metabolic changes of glutamine (Gln) in tissues of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) rats. Methods: Total parenteral nutrition rats model and high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the concentration of Gln in plasma and tissues of rats. Results: The content of Gln in plasma, muscle, liver and lung of rats after TPN7d was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The levels of Gln in plasma and tissues were significantly decreased after TPN14d (P <0.01). TPN solution with 2% Gln Gln content of each tissue can be maintained at normal levels. CONCLUSION: After long-term TPN, the content of Gln in various organs of rats decreased significantly. Increasing exogenous Gln could effectively maintain the normal metabolism of Gln
