经对昆明石林、曲靖陆良等地采集的松小蠹寄生真菌进行分离培养、回接及菌种鉴定,确定了粉拟青霉ynaf 0401菌株。在观测了解了该菌株的寄生特征、菌落形态特征以及菌株显微特征的基础上,对生产、存储、运输及林间应用中影响粉拟青霉孢子萌发的部分因子进行了研究。结果表明低温4℃有利于该菌孢子的保存,常温20~26℃不耐孢子的存放,而热风干燥处理孢子的温度不能高于41℃;湿度越大越利于其孢子的自发萌发,以高于95%为佳;菌株孢子萌发率受杀菌剂、抑菌剂的影响较大。菌株可以通过多次回接、分离、生物测定而实现菌种的复壮。
After parasitic fungi collected from Shilin of Qujing and Luliang of Qujing, etc., the parasitic fungi were isolated and cultured, and then the strains were identified and identified. The Penicillium sp. Ynaf 0401 strain was identified. On the basis of observing the parasitic characteristics of the strain, the morphological characteristics of colonies and the microscopic characteristics of the strains, some factors influencing the spore germination of Penicillium sp into the production, storage, transportation and forest application were studied. The results showed that the low temperature of 4 ℃ is conducive to the preservation of the spores of the strain, at room temperature 20 ~ 26 ℃ intolerant spores storage, and hot air drying spores temperature can not be higher than 41 ℃; humidity is more conducive to its spontaneous spore germination, 95% is better; spore germination rate of strains by fungicides, bacteriostats greater impact. Strains can be repeatedly connected, separated, bioassay and strains of rejuvenation.
