设计了一种用于超宽频低温接收机后级放大的宽带低噪声放大器,并给出了仿真和测试结果。该低噪声放大器采用三个单片级联,并在级间加入了均衡和衰减网络对增益进行修正,使增益平坦度得到很大改善,同时对噪声等指标影响较小。最终实现的低噪声放大器在1~9GHz频率范围内,常温噪声系数优于2d B,增益大于35d B,平坦度小于3.5d B,输入输出驻波比小于2.5,输出1d B压缩点功率大于10d Bm。
A wideband low noise amplifier for post-stage amplification of ultra-wideband low temperature receiver is designed and the simulation and test results are given. The LNA uses three monolithic cascades, and the equalization and attenuation networks are added between the stages to correct the gain, which greatly improves the gain flatness and has less influence on the indexes such as noise. The final low-noise amplifier achieves a noise figure better than 2d B, a gain of more than 35d B, a flatness of less than 3.5d B, an input-output VSWR of less than 2.5 and an output of 1d B at a compression frequency of 1d at a frequency range of 1 to 9GHz Bm.
