目的:研究松科(Pinaceae)植物马尾松(Pinus massonianaLamb.)松针的化学成分。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,Toyo-pearl HW-40、ODS及硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从马尾松松针60%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:(+)-落叶松脂醇(Ⅰ),sesqui marocanol A(Ⅱ),(+)-9’-O-咖啡酰基落叶松脂醇酯(Ⅲ),(+)-9’-O-对羟基反式桂皮酰基落叶松脂醇酯(Ⅳ),Vladinol D(Ⅴ),(+)-9’-O-对羟基反式桂皮酰基-7-羟基落叶松脂醇酯(Ⅵ)。结论:这6个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. METHODS: Separation and purification were performed using Diaion HP-20, Toyo-pearl HW-40, ODS and silica gel column chromatography, and the structures were identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of 60% ethanol extract from Pinus massoniana pine needles. They were identified as (+)-lolliitol (I), sesqui marocanol A (II), (+)- 9’-O-caffeoyl laryol ester (III), (+)-9’-O-p-hydroxy transcinnamoyl larch ester (IV), Vladinol D(V), (+)-9’ -O-p-Hydroxytrans-cinnamoyl-7-hydroxy-l-lolliitol (VI). Conclusion: These six compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
