手术仍是目前早期胃癌惟一可能治愈的方法,而淋巴结转移状况是决定胃癌手术方式的主要依据之一,然而当前临床上尚无能够准确判断胃癌淋巴结转移状况的方法。最近许多研究表明,前哨淋巴结定位活检能够准确敏感判断早期胃癌淋巴结转移状况,在此基础上进行前哨淋巴结导航手术和微转移检测可以实现选择性保留功能胃切除、个体化缩小淋巴清扫和术后精确病理分期,从而为早期胃癌提供更加合理的个体化治疗策略。
Surgery is still the only possible cure for early gastric cancer. However, the status of lymph node metastasis is one of the main bases for determining the surgical approach of gastric cancer. However, there is currently no clinical method to accurately determine the status of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Recently, many studies have shown that sentinel lymph node localization biopsy can accurately and sensitively determine the status of lymph node metastasis of early gastric cancer. On this basis, sentinel lymph node navigation and micrometastasis detection can achieve selective retention of functional gastrectomy, individualized lymph node dissection and postoperative precision Pathological staging, thus providing a more rational individualized treatment strategy for early gastric cancer.
