Bone metastasis is a common complication of advanced tumors. Clinically, it is mainly characterized by progressive severe bone pain, dysfunction, and pathological fractures. The lack of a unified and effective treatment program, conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy and general painkillers role is limited, in particular, poor efficacy of multiple metastatic bone cancer, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients with poor prognosis.
