2010年上海世博会挪威馆工程采用美国戈尔公司的TENARA-4H20HF建筑膜材,为该类建筑膜材在国内首次使用的项目.为了把握膜材的张拉特性,通过双轴拉伸试验做出的双轴拉伸曲线确定了膜的补偿值,并确认膜材的径纬向拉伸特性与普通的PTFE膜材相反.另外,本工程为国内首次采用聚酯带来代替膜结构边索的工程,对聚酯带和膜的共同工作状态属于一个未知的领域,因此针对聚酯带的弹性模量、强度、聚酯带与膜的结合方法也作了大量试验以及缩尺模型的试验研究.最终通过合理的节点设计,完成了挪威馆工程的设计工作,保证了结构的安全.
