目的分析深圳市福田区食物中毒的流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集福田区2006-2014年所有报告的食物中毒事件进行统计分析。结果 2006-2014年深圳市福田区共报告食物中毒事件51起,中毒533人,无死亡,中毒规模平均10.45人/起。各街道办均有食物中毒事件报告,存在明显地区差异,福田街道办报告事件数最多,福报街道办报告中毒人数最多。第三季度高发,共报告21起,占总起数的41.18%。以食堂和餐饮服务也报告事件数最多,占总起数的86.28%。微生物,特别是副溶血性弧菌是主要的致病因素,占总起数的50.98%。结论福田区食物中毒事件具有明显的流行病学特征,应基于流行特征采取相应措施预防和减少食物中毒事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning in Futian District, Shenzhen, and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategies. Methods All the food poisoning incidents reported in Futian District from 2006 to 2014 were collected for statistical analysis. Results From 2006 to 2014, a total of 51 food poisoning incidents were reported in Futian District, Shenzhen, with 533 poisonings and no deaths. The average scale of poisoning was 10.45 persons / day. Each street has food poisoning incidents reports, there are obvious regional differences, Futian Street Office reported the largest number of cases, reported to the streets to do poisoning the largest number of reported. In the third quarter, a total of 21 cases were reported, accounting for 41.18% of the total cases. The number of incidents was also reported in canteens and catering services, accounting for 86.28% of the total. Microbes, especially Vibrio parahaemolyticus, are the major causative agents, accounting for 50.98% of the total. Conclusion Food poisoning in Futian District has obvious epidemiological characteristics. Based on the epidemiological characteristics, appropriate measures should be taken to prevent and reduce food poisoning incidents.
