传统观点认为口服肝素无效。本文检测了家兔口服低分子肝素和未分级肝素血液流变学的改变。结果表明低分子肝素能降低全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度和红细胞聚集指数。以未分级肝素为对照组的全血高切粘度和红细胞刚性指数显著降低（P ＜0．05）。两组对家兔的红细胞压积和血浆粘度均无显著影响。
The traditional view that oral heparin ineffective. This article examines the rabbit oral low molecular weight heparin and unfractionated heparin hemorheology changes. The results showed that low molecular weight heparin can reduce the whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index. Unfractionated heparin as a control group, the whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte rigidity index decreased significantly (P <0.05). Both groups had no significant effect on rabbit hematocrit and plasma viscosity.
