利用分子活化分析方法,将植物原生质体分离技术与中子活化分析相结合,从细胞水平初步研究了植物体中稀土元素的赋存状态.油菜叶片经酶法溶去细胞壁游离出原生质体,EDTA络合除去膜外的稀土,再经不连续密度梯度离心纯化获得纯净原生质体,用仪器中子活化分析测定了原生质体中稀土元素的含量.结果表明稀土元素进入了细胞内部.
Using molecular activation analysis method, plant protoplast separation technology and neutron activation analysis were combined to study the occurrence state of rare earth elements in plant from the cellular level. Rape leaf by enzymatic dissolution of the cell wall free protoplasts, EDTA complexation to remove rare earth outside the membrane, and then by discontinuous density gradient centrifugation to obtain pure protoplasts, instrument neutron activation analysis was measured in the protoplast rare earth elements . The results show that rare earth elements into the cell interior.
