目的:分析深圳市龙岗区乙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称“乙肝”)报告发病现状,评价乙肝防控效果,为制定乙肝防控措施提供参考依据。方法:从中国疾病预防控制信息系统获取2015年1月至2020年7月龙岗乙肝病例报告数据,用描述性流行病学方法对流行特征进行分析。结果:2015年1月至2020年7月,深圳市龙岗区累计报告乙肝病例16 171例,无死亡病例报告,发病率整体呈上升趋势。慢性乙肝比例逐年升高,急性乙肝比例呈下降趋势。总发病率居前3位的街道分别为龙岗、南湾、布吉街道。乙肝发病无明显季节性,但每年2月份报告病例数均有所下降。在人群分布方面,男性明显高于女性,职业构成以家务及待业、工人和商业服务为主,占72.44%,报告病例最多的人群为21~30岁组(25.89%)和31~40岁组(30.15%),省外户籍(54.08%)和广东省户籍(37.85%)发病数占比最高。结论:深圳市龙岗区乙肝报告发病率呈上升趋势,需要加强成年人乙肝防控工作,特别是流动人口以及常住人口的乙肝防控工作。“,”Objective:To analyze status of the disease reporting and to evaluate the prevention and control effectiveness of hepatitis B in Longgang district of Shenzhen city, so as to provide references for formulating prevention and control measures of hepatitis B.Methods:The incidence data of hepatitis B in Longgang from January 2015 to July 2020 were obtained from National Diseases Reporting Information System, and the descriptive epidemiological analysis methods were used to analyze the epidemiological features.Results:A total of 16 171 cases and no deaths of hepatitis B were reported in Longgang district from January 2015 to July 2020 with an upward trend of the overall reported incidence. The proportion of chronic hepatitis B cases gradually increased while that of acute hepatitis B decreased. The communities with top three incidence rates were Longgang, South Bay and Buji, respectively. The incidence rate of hepatitis B showed no seasonality, but the number of reported cases decreased in February each year. In terms of population distribution, male cases were significantly higher than female cases. The occupation composition was mainly housework, unemployment, workers and business services, accounting for 72.44%. The most reported cases were age groups of 21-30 years old (25.89%) and 31-40 years old (30.15%). The highest incidences occurred among Guangdong residents (54.08%) and residents from other provinces (37.85%).Conclusions:The incidence rate of hepatitis B reported in Longgang district of Shenzhen city was increasing. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of hepatitis B in adults, especially floating population and permanent resident population.
