消费者购买决策可以理解为消费者在购买行为时对一些备选方案进行选择并决策的过程,这个过程其实就是认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的一个过程.企业员工培训是企业对其员工进行管理的一个重要方面,在现实的企业管理中,各企业构建员工培训体系方面仍然存在较大问题,企业对这个方面的研究可以以消费者购买决策模型的视角出发,基于该模型的分析对员工培训需求进行分析总结,从而制定较合理的培训计划.
