在南京气候条件下,研究了不同时期采种、采种后种子处理及播前种子处理对坚尼草种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:(1)不同收获期温度对坚尼草种子发芽率有影响,在南京8月下旬收获的种子发芽率最好,和其他收获期的种子发芽率具显著差异。(2)种子收获后温室高温干燥以及低温慢速干燥都有提高种子发芽率的作用,高温干燥以处理20天为宜。(3)种子去颖壳后能显著提高发芽率,人工和浓硫酸处理的结果一致。(4)赤霉素处理能提高种子的发芽率,以100ppm和150ppm的处理浓度效果最好。(5)在赤霉素处理条件下,不同天数晒种处理差异达显著水平,而去颖壳处理效果不显著。
Under the Nanjing climate, the effects of seed collection, post-harvest seed treatment and pre-sowing seed treatment on the germination rate of Kenny seeds were studied. The results showed that: (1) The temperature affected the germination rate of Kenny grass seeds at different harvesting stages. The seeds germinated at the late August in Nanjing had the best germination rate, and the seed germination rates at other harvest stages were significantly different. (2) After the seeds were harvested, the greenhouse was dried at high temperature and slow-drying at low temperature to improve the germination rate of the seeds. It is advisable to treat the seeds at high temperature for 20 days. (3) The seed germination rate can be significantly increased after glume shell, the results of artificial and concentrated sulfuric acid treatment are the same. (4) Gibberellin treatment can improve the germination rate of the seeds, with 100ppm and 150ppm the best concentration. (5) Under the GA3 treatment, the differences in the number of days of sunburn treatment reached a significant level, while the effect of going to the glume shell was not significant.
