重症超声可以为血流动力学监测提供形态和功能两个方面的信息,对血流状态以及心脏的结构功能进行有效的分析。重症超声可以完整地将血流从流入心脏到流出的过程可视化,为重症患者血流及心脏的评估开拓了一个全新的视野。文章沿着循环血流的方向,详细描述了重症超声在下腔静脉、右心、左心、左心室流出道以及血管张力评估中的作用,为重症医生能够更好地使用重症超声提供了一套新的思路。
Severe ultrasound can provide hemodynamic monitoring of morphological and functional aspects of the two aspects of information on the status of blood flow and the structural function of the heart for effective analysis.
