用毛细管区带电泳法同时测定喘咳宁片中的盐酸麻黄碱和巴比妥的含量 .以苯巴比妥为内标物 ,以 2 0mmol/L硼砂 2 0mmol/L磷酸二氢钠 (pH 7.0 )为运行缓冲液 ,分离电压为 9.0kV时 ,在 9min内完成分离 .盐酸麻黄碱和巴比妥分别在 0 .17~ 1.39mmol/L和 0 .5 4~ 4.16mmol/L范围内有良好线性关系 (r =0 .9987和r =0 .996 3) ,最低检测限分别为 2 .97μmol/L和3.2 6 μmol/L(S/N >3) ,回收率分别为 99.4%和 10 2 .2 % ,系统的精密度良好 ,RSD在 5 .0 %以内 .
Simultaneous Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Barbiturate in Chuan Ning Tablet by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis.METHODS The content of ephedrine hydrochloride and barbiturate in Chuan Ning tablets was determined by HPLC with 20 mmol / L Borax 20 mmol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate 7.0) as the running buffer, the separation was completed within 9 min at a separation voltage of 9.0 kV Ephedrine hydrochloride and barbital were in the range of 0.17-1.39 mmol / L and 0.54-4.16 mmol / L, respectively (R = 0.9987 and r = 0.996 3).
