26例急性氨中毒患者,除具有一般的临床症状、体征外,有12例出现了不同程度的心电图改变。其中,有急性肺心病样改变者3例,中毒性心肌炎样改变者9例。经及时抢救治疗,均获治愈。随访中复查了心电图,结果均属正常。后遗症中有慢性咽炎者3例,慢性气管炎者4例。
26 patients with acute ammonia poisoning, in addition to the general clinical symptoms and signs, there were 12 cases of varying degrees of ECG changes. Among them, there were 3 cases of acute pulmonary heart disease-like changes, 9 cases of toxic myocarditis-like changes. After timely rescue treatment, were cured. Follow-up review of the ECG, the results are normal. Sequelae of chronic pharyngitis in 3 cases, 4 cases of chronic bronchitis.
