一、研究范围介绍关于“现代港口码头发展”的报告,是国际航运会议第二常设技术委员会1984年指定的一个工作小组完成的。原来这个工作小组准备的报告题目为“港口装卸设计新发展的结果。”但在第一次会议上,工作小组建议改变研究范围和研究题目的名称。1985年4月11日第二常设技术委员会主席同意了这个建议。在这个研究范围内,用于杂货、件杂货、集装箱和滚装货物的装卸设备已有了很快的发展,伴随着这种发展的后果是对码头布置、码头结构和铺面等有了新的特殊要求。因此,这个工作小组的目的是: (1) 考虑在现代码头发展中的各种因素; (2) 确定附加力出现的地方,附加力包括

Scope of Study The report on “Development of Modern Ports and Wharfs” was completed by a working group designated by the Second Permanent Technical Committee of the International Shipping Conference in 1984. The original report prepared by the working group was entitled “Results of New Developments in Port Handling Design.” However, at its first meeting, the working group suggested changing the name of the study area and the research topic. The chairman of Permanent Second Technical Committee, on April 11, 1985, agreed with this suggestion. Within the scope of this study, the handling equipment for groceries, groceries, containers and ro-ro cargoes has been rapidly developed, with the consequences of this development being new to wharf arrangements, wharf structures and decking special requirements.
