针对计算振动筛的运动轨迹和预测其工作性能的难题,提出了利用ADAMS软件仿真的新方法,通过建立仿真模型,在空载和正常转速条件下,运用ADAMS软件进行了动力学仿真,仿真得到的时域信号数据,再利用傅里叶变换得到其频谱,求得振动筛的工作频率和加速度值,进而计算出振动筛的运动轨迹。同经验设计值比较,ADAMS软件仿真结果可信,计算机辅助设计可加快新品开发速度,提高工作效率,降低研发成本。
Aiming at the problem of calculating the motion trajectory of vibrating screen and predicting the working performance of the vibrating screen, a new method of using ADAMS software simulation is proposed. Through the establishment of simulation model, the dynamic simulation is carried out under no-load and normal speed using ADAMS software. Of the time-domain signal data, and then use the Fourier transform to obtain its spectrum, get the operating frequency of the shaker and acceleration values, and then calculate the shaker trajectory. Compared with the experience of design value, ADAMS software simulation results are credible, CAD can speed up the development of new products, improve work efficiency and reduce R & D costs.
