我國在走向社会主义的过程中,不論机關幹部或生產工人,对乳兒室的設立都是迫切需要的,因此乳兒室的數量發展得很快。根据我們檢查北京东單區各乳兒室工作的結果,發現嬰兒的發病率和死亡率較高,特别是感冒和腹瀉是經常發生的,甚至有的乳兒患有軟骨症及發育不够标準等現象。在保育員方面,每日緊張的工作8—10小時,还是忙乱不堪。由於以上現象的普遍存在,所以引起了我們的重视和注意。通过深入的了解和研究后,認为我區乳兒室存在的主要問題不外是保育員的業务水平过低和服务观點不够明確,在工作中表現下列幾点: 1.孩子們沒有养成睡眠、大小便及飲食等的良好習慣。 2.孩子們的营养供給和睡眠時間不合标準。 3.生活制度違反了睡醒吃、吃完玩、玩後睡的原則。
