目的研究跆拳道训练对大学生身体自我效能感的影响。方法通过随机抽样和实验的方法,对河南农业大学6个学院2013级、2012级参与武术教学的学生进行分组实验。结果实验班大学生干预前、后自我感受到的身体能力和身体自我表现信心方面差异均有统计学意义;对照班大学生在自我感受到的部分身体能力方面差异有统计学意义;干预后实验班与对照班相比差异具有统计学意义。结论跆拳道训练对提高大学生身体自我效能感具有积极的作用。
Objective To study the impact of Taekwondo training on college students’ self-efficacy. Methods By means of random sampling and experiment, students participating in Wushu teaching 2013 and 2012 in 6 colleges of Henan Agricultural University were grouped. Results Before and after the intervention, there were significant differences in self-perceived physical ability and self-confidence of body in experimental class. There were significant differences in some physical abilities that self-perceived students in control class had. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Taekwondo training has a positive effect on improving college students’ self-efficacy.
