人小肠三叶因子(human intestinal trefoil factor,hITF)是一种分布于肠道粘膜表面的小分子量多肽,具有三叶因子蛋白家族特有的三叶结构域,主要由肠粘膜的杯状细胞分泌,但同时在一系列其他正常组织及肿瘤组织中也有表达。hITF时胃肠道粘膜具有保护和损伤后修复作用,并对实验性胃溃疡具有明显的预防和保护作用。本文就hITF的结构、起源、表达以及对消化道的作用作一综述。
Human intestinal trefoil factor (hITF) is a small molecular weight polypeptide distributed on the intestinal mucosal surface. It has a trefoil domain unique to the trefoil factor family and is mainly secreted by goblet cells of the intestinal mucosa. But at the same time in a series of other normal tissues and tumor tissues are also expressed. hITF gastrointestinal mucosa with protection and injury after repair, and experimental gastric ulcer with significant preventive and protective effect. This review summarizes the structure, origin, expression and function of hITF in hITF.
