一当前我国在矿井提升机上使用国产和进口的KZ-D调速系统越来越多了。这主要是由于KZ-D系统是直流调速,它较绕线电机转子串、切电阻的交流调速有许多优点,如调速性能好,节能等等;它较F-D机组直流调速系统具有效率高、噪声小、有色金属耗量少和较好的动态品质等优点。今后将随着我国矿山开发向大型、集中和自动化方向发展,这些优点将更突出。我国煤矿提升机上目前使用的KZ-D系统是磁场可逆逻辑无环流调速系统(简称旧KZ-D系统)。这个系统虽然较电枢可逆逻辑无环流系统的快速性较差、控制系统复杂,但是它还能较好满足矿井提升机工作过程要求,并且电枢回路元、器件大大节省,因此在提升上得到广泛应用。可是上述系统,提升机在起动、爬行和轻载时变流器处于深控状态工作,这将出现很大的无功冲
