党中央、国务院在九届人大三次会议上明确提出加快中西部发展 ,实施西部大开发的经济发展战略。西部大开发对扩大内需 ,推动国民经济增长 ,促进各地区经济协调发展 ,维护社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。中国工商银行在实施西部大开发战略中大有可为 ,可以充分运用原有的优势 ,并努力开拓新的业务领域。本文就此提出了自己的思路 ,我们希望这方面能引起更多作者和读者的关注 ,并发表各种有益的见解。
At the Third Session of the Ninth NPC, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly proposed the economic development strategy of accelerating the development of the Midwest and implementing the strategy of developing the western region. The large-scale development of the western region is of great significance to expanding domestic demand, promoting national economic growth, and promoting the coordinated development of all regions and maintaining social stability. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China is promising in implementing the strategy for the great development of the western region. It can make full use of its existing advantages and strive to open up new business areas. This article puts forward my own ideas on this issue. We hope this area will arouse the attention of more authors and readers and provide various useful opinions.
