高职院校的运营模式是由社会发展体系、教育体系、管理团队、学生群体等组成,主要工作重心是围绕学生开展教学、管控等手段令学生在校期间学习到专业技能与职业素质等,以满足社会对专业化人才的需求。通过对高职院校学生管理的理论进行论述,指出高职学生特点及管理工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的创新策略。
