自愈能力是智能电网的重要特征和标志,而电压与无功控制是智能电网主要自愈功能之一。当电网运行工况发生变化时,需要与当前运行方式相匹配的新的电压控制策略来实现电网电压的安全自愈。在已有的无功优化算法基础上,根据电压灵敏度得到各节点电压变化量,以各节点电压与电压期望值方差的最小值为目标函数,采用动态规划法求解控制设备的动作顺序,从而得到电压自动控制策略。IEEE-30节点系统算例分析结果表明,所提方法正确有效,不仅能够实现电压在电网自愈过程中的平稳过渡,而且保证了较大的稳定裕度。
Self-healing capability is an important characteristic and symbol of smart grid, and voltage and reactive power control are one of the main self-healing functions of smart grid. When the grid operating conditions change, a new voltage control strategy that matches the current operating mode is needed to realize the safe self-healing of the grid voltage. Based on the existing reactive power optimization algorithm, the voltage variation of each node is obtained based on the voltage sensitivity, and the minimum value of the variance of the expected value of voltage and voltage at each node is taken as the objective function.
