运用多元统计分析方法中的因子分析法对高职院校专业教师理论教学质量测评进行评价。通过SPSS软件对样本指标进行因子分析,得出影响教学质量的主要因素,同时利用因子分析法对所选教师样本进行综合评分,并通过聚类进行验证,从而为进一步提高高职院校教师理论教学水平及更科学地评价高职教师绩效提供有价值的意见。
The factor analysis method of multivariate statistical analysis is used to evaluate the evaluation of theoretical teaching quality of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.
